Confidentiality & NDA

OutsourceHub24 is a trading name of Marketercore Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13420440), registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

This is a mutual non-disclosure agreement between you and Marketercore Ltd ("we", "us"). It applies automatically to every customer and every job, with nothing to sign, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. If these terms and the Terms of Service disagree about confidentiality, these terms apply.

1. What counts as confidential

  • Your confidential information: everything you give us or that we make for you, including your briefs, answers, notes, uploaded files, business profile, brand details, revision requests and the finished work we deliver ("your content").
  • Our confidential information: non-public information about how OutsourceHub24 works that we share with you, for example private pricing, unreleased features and our internal standards.

2. What we promise

  • We use your content only to produce, deliver, revise, support and secure your jobs, and to meet our legal obligations.
  • We keep it confidential and protect it with reasonable security measures, at least as careful as we are with our own confidential information.
  • We never sell your content, and we never disclose it to anyone except as set out below.

3. Our staff and processors

  • Only staff who need to see your content to do their job can access it, and they are bound by confidentiality.
  • Our processors (for example our AI service providers, hosting and email services) handle your content only on our behalf, under written contracts that require them to keep it confidential and secure.

4. No AI training

We never use your content to train AI models, and our AI service providers process it on our behalf without using it to train theirs.

5. No samples without permission

We never show your work, your brief or your name as a sample, case study, testimonial or in our marketing unless you've given us permission in writing.

6. What you promise

You keep our confidential information confidential and use it only to use OutsourceHub24.

7. Return and deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete your content. We'll delete it from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups as they are overwritten (within 14 days after that), except records we must keep by law (for example payment records). You can download your finished work and your data from your account before you ask.

8. Exclusions

Information isn't confidential if it:

  • is or becomes public, other than through a breach of these terms;
  • was already known to the receiving party without a duty of confidence;
  • is independently created without using the other party's confidential information; or
  • is received lawfully from someone else without a duty of confidence.

Either of us may disclose confidential information when the law, a court or a regulator requires it, telling the other party first where the law allows.

9. How long it lasts

These obligations start when you first give us information and continue for as long as you use OutsourceHub24 and for 5 years after your account is closed. For trade secrets and personal data they continue for as long as the information stays confidential or the law requires.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

11. A countersigned copy

If your organisation needs a signed NDA, contact us at support@outsourcehub24.com or through Support with your organisation's legal name and address. We'll send you a copy of these terms countersigned by Marketercore Ltd. If you need your own NDA signed instead, send it and our team will review it.
