Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OutsourceHub24 ("we", "us") for the OutsourceHub24 website, apps and services. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What we provide

OutsourceHub24 produces digital business deliverables — for example CVs, landing pages, websites, chatbots, pitch decks, reports, plans and content — using AI systems (including Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini) with automated quality checks. We don't provide physical goods, printing, shipping or in-person services, and we don't give legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. Deliverables are drafts for you to review before you rely on or publish them.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Turn on two-factor authentication for extra protection.
  • One free trial per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free credits is not allowed.

3. Credits and payments

  • Work is paid for with credits, bought in packs (Starter, Growth, Scale). Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax.
  • Each project's credit cost is shown before you submit it. Credits are held while a project waits and used when it's delivered.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Free-trial and bonus credits have no cash value.

4. Delivery and the 24-hour clock

  • We aim to deliver every project within 24 hours of you submitting a complete brief. The clock pauses while we wait for your answers or approval, and during revisions.
  • Guarantee: if your first project misses the 24-hour window, you can refund its credits in one click.
  • Each project includes two free revision rounds.

5. Refunds and cash-outs

  • Queued projects can be cancelled at any time for a full credit return. Failed projects return their credits automatically.
  • Unused credits bought in Starter and Growth packs can be cashed out to your bank account at the average price you paid. Scale, trial and bonus credits can't be cashed out.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, infringing or harmful — including fake reviews or documents, impersonation, malware, spam, or content that sexualises minors. We may refuse requests, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity.

7. Your content and ownership

  • You keep ownership of what you give us. You grant us the rights needed to produce and deliver your work.
  • When a project is delivered and paid for, the deliverable is yours to use commercially. AI output may resemble other material; check anything important (for example trademarks and facts) before publishing.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Suspension and closure

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: support@outsourcehub24.com.
