Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every project.

Before a project starts

Cancel any project that's still waiting in your queue and its credits go straight back to your balance.

If something goes wrong

• Projects we can't complete return their credits automatically.
• 24-hour guarantee: if your first project isn't delivered within 24 hours of a complete brief (time paused waiting on you doesn't count), refund its credits from the project page in one click.
• Every project includes two free revisions.

Unused credits

Unused credits from Starter and Growth packs can be cashed out to your bank account from Credits & billing, valued at the average price you paid. Scale, free-trial, referral and bonus credits can't be cashed out.

Card refunds

If a payment was taken in error or you're unhappy, contact support@outsourcehub24.com within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
